Setting up an account with Wedding Factory Direct
To begin ordering from us, simply place your first order through our website. During checkout, all of the information needed to set up your account is prompted by the website. We will do some verification procedures to confirm that you are an eligible business to purchase from us. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), your order will be processed and shipped. Upon your first order, we will set up an account in our system with the information provided, and your company will be able to place orders.
We don't have a print catalog at this time. All of our products can be found online.
No Minimum Order Requirement
There is no minimum order required. Your customers can order just one of any of our Wedding Factory Direct products and we will ship it right out. That's why we offer "No Minimum Orders" on all our products.
Drop Ship Program
We can DROP SHIP to your US & International Customers.
This is done "blind" so your customers know only your name and your contact information. Because we drop ship, you also never need to pre-order or stock inventory from Wedding Factory Direct! And better yet, our drop ship charge is only $3.00. This allows you to have more free time so you can concentrate on other aspects of growing your business! Please note, all fees charged by Wedding Factory Direct are in US dollars. If your customer received the incorrect item due to an error on behalf of Wedding Factory Direct we will ship out the correct item with a return label, if you customer fails to return the incorrect item within 7 days you will be charged for the item until we receive it back.
When drop shipping your order we use customized labels with YOUR company name. We use our return shipping address so we receive any customer returns, but the label shows that the package is from your company name, phone number & email address. If you like we can also send an email at the time of shipping to your customer confirming that YOUR COMPANY has shipped the item with the tracking number for the package. The payment methods that we accept are VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. We do NOT accept COD payments.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective.
Returning Defective Items:
You must notify Wedding Factory Direct within 3 days of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return authorization.
If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 3 business days. Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item, the style number and invoice number. After approval, we will ship out a replacement with your next, non-expedited order. Please include a note in the comment area when placing next order to include the replacement for the item received damaged with the corresponding invoice number. We do not pay for any shipping or upgraded shipping charges for items received damaged/or in error. We will happily send you a replacement with your next order.
Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charges are not refundable, No exceptions.
Incorrect Orders Received:
We must be notified of any incorrect items within 3 business days of the order being received. If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error on behalf of Wedding Factory Direct, we will send replacement with your next order along with a return label to ship back the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not returned to us within 7 days you will be charged If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges.
We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will ship USPS and further upgrades in shipping is at your expense.
Damages, Incorrect Items Received for International Orders:
We will send replacement with your next order for any international orders with items received, damaged or incorrect. We apologize but we do not pay for reshipping on International Orders. Due to the high cost of international shipping we only offer this one option.We will send the item with your next order as "Sample / Replacement" so that you do not have to pay again for any duties on that particular item being replaced. Wedding Factory Direct does not refund shipping charges. If a package is deemed lost by the carrier, no credit or refund will be issued until completion of the claims process.
In the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Shipping charges quoted are for ground shipping to the continental USA. If upgraded shipping is required or shipping outside the continental USA please call or e-mail for shipping quote.
The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors on website or catalog. We are not responsible for web-site system glitches. In the event a computer "glitch" occurs you will be notified by e-mail to offer you a choice to continue with sale modification or cancel.
You get LOW PRICES! Even though we offer the unheard of service of "$3 drop shipping with no minimums" our prices are extremely competitive. Because we are the actual designer and direct importer, our prices are so low you'll wonder how we do it.
The fact is we do everything we can to support our merchants, whether they are web-based or brick and mortar. Our business model is super efficient. For example, you can order everything online. We also make it possible for you to send customers to our web site to preview our products at ValuBride.com where retail pricing is visible. By using this feature, it isn't necessary to stock our entire product line. We'll save you time and money by shipping the order directly to your customer! How easy is that?!

International Shipping Services
International customers can grow with us! There is no minimum order required! All fees charged by Wedding Factory Direct are in US dollars.
Additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are separate from this transaction, not calculated during checkout, and not collected by Wedding Factory Direct or Elegance by Carbonneau Company. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs office/broker for more details.
The cost of shipping varies per order. Shipping costs are based on the number of items per order as well as the dollar value of your order. Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart. Other fees apply for international orders, please see our Shipping Information page for more details. International shipping charges may be different than what is calculated at the time of check out. You will be notified of any shipping cost changes.
Calculating Your Shipping Time
We ship fast! Most non-personalized or dye orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that International orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process. You will be emailed an Automatic Shipment Notification when your order has been shipped. This email confirmation includes a link to the online tracking number and a copy of your invoice.
We ship throughout the USA, Canada and Internationally. We offer USPS and UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments to help reduce your international shipping costs.
The chart below will give you an estimate of the time in transit. Please be aware that the transit days are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
For example: If your order was shipping on Wednesday and the chart indicates that it will take three days to arrive, then you would expect to receive your package on Monday. The "3 Days", does not include the day that the package ships. Therefore, Thursday, Friday and then Monday... would be considered the third day. Please be sure to keep this in consideration when choosing UPS Ground Shipping.
