Q. Do you own a business and would like to sell the products you see here on Wedding Factory Direct.com?
It's simple to become an authorized Elegance by Carbonneau retailer today! Simply select the items you would like to purchase and click the red "Add to Cart" button. After you have added all of your items to your shopping cart you can then "Proceed to Checkout". At the checkout page you will be asked for your company information. Simply fill in all the provided fields with your company name, shipping & billing information. Choose your desired shipping options and add any special instructions for your order in the customer comments section if needed. Please enter your email address in both fields of the check out page. If you do not you will NOT receive an order confirmation or your invoice and tracking information.
If this is your first order with us please make a note in the customer comments section at the bottom of the check out page that reads "New Customer please create an account". When your order is received we will set your company up with an account in our system.
If you do NOT own a business and do not have a Tax ID number please visit our store locator page to purchase our products from one of our Authorized Retailers. This is a wholesale website only, you must own a business to purchase products from this website.
Q. Is there a minimum order?A.
We do not have a minimum order so you can buy just one of any item you see. We do offer volume discounts on many items if you purchase in quantities of 6 or 12. If you would like to purchase a large quantity of an item and the discount pricing is not listed next to the item on the website please feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate a price break for you.
Q. What are your shipping rates?A. Pricing:
For domestic authorized retailers (within the continental US) shipping rates start at $12.30 for any package shipped within the continental US that weigh 1 pound or under. If your package weighs more than 1 pound the price for shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Most packages ship USPS priority mail unless the package needs to be insured, upgraded delivery time, request UPS, or if it is an international order.
We do not charge your credit card until your order has been packed and is ready to ship. The website does not calculate shipping based on weight so when your order is received and invoiced we will adjust the shipping price according to the package weight.
Q. What are your international shipping rates?A.
International shipping charges depend on the weight of the package and where it is being sent to. For international shipping charges we will contact you if the shipping cost is higher than what was quoted on the website. We recommend choosing Express shipping for international orders. We find the delivery times to be MUCH faster than priority mail. You can find more information on International Shipping on our Shipping Info Page.Please Note:
Wedding Factory Direct & Elegance By Carbonneau are NOT responsible for customs duties and taxes on orders placed. These charges are not included in your shipping quote and any order clearing customs MAY be subject to duties taxes.
Q. Can I use Elegance By Carbonneaus product images on my website?A. Yes!
Once you begin placing orders with us you are welcome to use our product photography on your website or in your store. We ask that you place a line somewhere on your site that reads "Authorized Elegance By Carbonneau Retailer" and that you agree not to use our images to purchase products from another company.
Once you have an account with us and begin ordering items we can add a link to your website on our "Store Locator" page. Simply send an email request to email@example.com with your companys website and logo.
Q. Can Wedding Factory Direct Drop Ship Directly to My Customer?A. Yes!
We also offer drop shipping, which means we can send the products you order on our website directly to your customer with your company name on the label. The drop ship fee is $3.00 per order in addition to the regular shipping charges. This fee includes packaging and labeling as well as the processing of the order. Most drop ship orders are packaged with extra special care and products are usually wrapped elegantly with color tissue paper. When placing a drop ship order enter YOUR company information in the billing fields of the checkout page and your customerís information in the ship to fields. Then select "drop ship to my customer" under the shipping options. We will not include any pricing information in the package. You will receive an email with your invoice and the tracking number, so be sure to enter your company email in both places at the checkout page. Q. Can I return an item if my customer changes their mind and doesn't want it after I already ordered it?A.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive an item damaged please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the items and we will replace the damaged product at an even exchange. If upgraded shipping is need you will be responsible for the increase in postage. Wedding Factory Direct does not pay for upgraded shipping.
